How do I place my order?

Check out our menu, and then head over to our order now page!  If you have questions before placing your order or would like to discuss a special request, please email us at eat@grazeboarders.com.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We ask that all orders be placed by 2 PM for next-day delivery/pick-up.  All XL or custom boards need to be placed three days in advance. Last-minute or rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Am I able to request specific cheeses or items on my board?

Yes! Everything is customizable!  Love cheese? Want double of one? Don’t care for some types?  Let us know!

*Additional fees may apply for luxury cheese brand requests.

What is the serving size?

Serving sizes are based on appetizer portions.

What’s included in my order?

Please see our menu for information on what is included on each specific board.

Do I keep the board?

Yes! The board and everything on it are yours to keep. If you opted to use one of our unique boards, we will arrange a porch pick-up after the event.

Will you create a platter using my personal board?

Absolutely! We ask for your personal board to be dropped off 3 days in advance.  Pricing will reflect the size of your board.

What are my delivery/pickup options?

Delivery is free within a 30-minute radius of our offices at Pensacola Cooks Kitchen, 4051 Barrancas Ave Unit C, Pensacola, FL 32507.

If delivery is outside of the 30-minute radius of our offices, we will contact you about the delivery fee.

How do I pay?

On our order/checkout form. If you would like to pay with another service, please contact us eat@grazeboarders.com.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require at least 72 hours notice, and any cancellation within the 72-hour window will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
